The specific objectives of this study are: * To describe COVID-19 infection incidence rates among dental and dental hygiene students, dental faculty and support staff working in campus clinics and laboratories at the 10 dental schools in Canada during a 12-month period; * To compare COVID-19 infection incidence rates among students, faculty and staff working in campus clinics and laboratories at the 10 dental schools in Canada during a 12-month period; * To compare COVID-19 infection rates among these groups with those of community private dentists; * To compare COVID-19 infection rates among these groups with local community infection rates; * To investigate the roles of infection control protocols, work/role tasks, work setting and socio-demographics as determinants of COVID-19 infection incidence rates among students, faculty and staff at the 10 dental schools in Canada during a 12-month period; * To describe the immunological status in saliva of participants infected with COVID-19 prior to and during one month post infection; and * To store the data and biological samples collected in the study to enable further investigations in the future as our knowledge of COVID-19 and related immune responses advances.

General Information on Follow Up (profile, frequency)
All participants are followed-up on a monthly basis for a 12-month period. Participants who are COVID-19 positive are followed-up at 2-3 days, at one week and at one month post-infection. Participants who are vaccinated are followed-up 7 days prior to, up to 3 days after first vaccination, and 1 and 6 months post first vaccination.
