The population is composed of 18-28 year old men residing in the area of Malmö, Sweden.

The subjects were randomly selected and invited using a 1-year stratified sampling procedure from the Swedish official population registry provided by the Swedish Tax Agency.

In total, 4503 subjects were invited and 1340 consented to participate. A group of more than 100 participants were excluded because they did not meet the selection criteria. Of the remaining subjects, 1101 attended the assessment.
