National-level databases at CIHI derive from information provided by the jurisdications (provinces and territories). However, not all jurisdictions provide data to CIHI for all the national databases. Search the CIHI website (https://www.cihi.ca/en) for the specific database of interest to identify which jurisdictions are included in the national-level database. But also note that jurisdictions that do not send specific data to CIHI may still have local versions; check with those jurisdications for further information.
